Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
Grundförutsättningar för att ett företag ska ha rätt till omställningsstöd
- Den minskade omsättningen ska uteslutande bero på covid-19
- Företagets nettoomsättning ska under det räkenskapsår som avslutades närmast före den 1 januari 2020 ha uppgått till minst 250 000 kronor
- Stödbeloppet ska uppgå till minst 5 000 kronor
- Företaget eller dess moderföretag, har eller kommer inte under mars 2020 - juni 2021 att verkställa eller fatta beslut om vinstutdelningar, återbetalning av aktieägartillskott, m.m.
- Företaget får inte ha ekonomiska svårigheter. Bedömningen om företaget har ekonomiska svårigheter ska göras vid två olika tidpunkter: 29 februari och vid prövningen av ansökan.
- Företaget måste ha försökt att få försäkringsersättning, skadestånd eller liknande ersättning för förlorad omsättning först
